Through the course of its normal activities, Biotech Recruitment Consultants will collect information on both company clients and individuals seeking employment. We will not divulge any private or non-public information about companies or individuals, except with the written approval of an authorised representative of the company or the individual. Any such information will be divulged only as part of the normal activities of the executive search and recruitment services conducted by us on behalf of the company or individual.
Collection of Information
From time to time, Biotech Recruitment Consultants may choose to collate gathered information for the purposes of providing data relevant to the Biotech industry – for example, salary ranges for particular roles, the number of persons known to be employed in specific roles within the industry, etc. This information will be provided in the interests of the Biotech industry and will be de-identified to ensure anonymity of the source of the data.
